NEPARKO FAMILY TEACHER SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM
The Neparko Family Teacher Scholarship is an endowed annual scholarship of at least $500 administered by the Clinton Public School Foundation. The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage teachers, grades 7-12, who might not otherwise have the financial resources, to further their education in the fields of English, Mathematics, Science, Foreign Languages, or Computer Science. The ultimate goal is enrichment of course content and understanding for the benefit of the students in the named disciplines.
The Neparko Family Teacher Scholarship recipient will be selected by the CPSF Board of Trustees following review of the applications.
Application Deadline: Return to Linda Thomas by February 26, 2010.
The application must include the following: 1. This Scholarship Application Form. 2. A current resume. 3. A transcript of the applicant's college work. 4. A brief and concise essay or outline expressing: a) what the applicant proposes to study; b) what impact the proposed study will have on the applicant's teaching; and c) how this financial support will be used.
