THE NEPARKO FAMILY EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE FUND
The Neparko Family Educational Assistance Fund is an endowed annual grant
of at least $500 administered by the Clinton Public School Foundation.
The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage teachers, grades 7-12, who
might not otherwise have the financial resources, to further their education
in the fields of English, Mathematics, Science, Foreign Languages, or Computer
Science. The ultimate goal of grants from this endowment is enrichment of course content and understanding for the benefit of the students in the named disciplines.
The Neparko Family Educational Assistance Fund grant recipient will be selected by the CPSF Board of Trustees following review of the applications from current teachers within the Clinton Public School system. Classroom Materials to include items such as reference books, multi-media supplements, and raw materials for class projects.
Technology in the Classroom to include items such as computer hardware and software, scientific calculators, and interactive displays.
Faculty-Focused Continuing Education to include events such as seminars, short courses, and technology demonstrations.
Specialized Situation in the event that an application is deemed of merit by the CPSF Board of Trustees, but does not explicitly qualify under any of the aforementioned conditions, the CPSF Board of Trustees may contact the Neparko family to make a final determination on a case-by-case basis.
Application Deadline: Return to Board of Education office by February 25, 2011.
